The nearby A1 and A4 motorways take you quickly to Cologne city centre, the surrounding area and other major transport hubs. The city centre is about 23 minutes away. Düsseldorf and Bonn are each around 40 minutes away, and you can reach Aachen in less than an hour by car or public transport.

The Rhein-Center shopping mall is just a few minutes’ walk away, with numerous shops, restaurants and everything you need for daily life.

The location is also ideal for leisure and relaxation. There is a gym close by, and a tennis club and several golf courses are about five minutes away by car.

The nearby Gut Clarenhof, Lindenthal Zoo park, Adenauer Weiher lake and Jahnwiese meadow offer plenty of opportunities for walks and recreation. The RheinEnergieSTADION and the German Sport University Cologne are also close: tram line 1 takes you there in about six minutes.

A kiosk, several bakeries, and DHL and post offices are within walking distance – making the apartment an ideal base for a comfortable short stay in Cologne.
