The cleverly separated sleeping area has a 160 × 200 cm bed and offers a high level of comfort. A sofa bed provides space for one more person. Practical storage keeps things tidy even on short stays. With approx. 48 m², the apartment comfortably accommodates up to three guests.
The kitchen has all the essential appliances and utensils for preparing meals, including a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. The modern bathroom has a glass shower and plenty of storage space. Bed linen, towels and laundry facilities are also provided.
The separate dining area has a round wooden table and two comfortable upholstered chairs. Right by the window, it is a bright and pleasant spot for breakfast, shared meals, your morning coffee or relaxed working.
Further amenities include Wi-Fi and a smart TV. A parking space can be rented on request, subject to availability.
The apartment is located in the west of Cologne on busy Aachener Straße and is excellently connected. The “Römergrab” stop of tram line 1 is right in front of the building. Köln-Lövenich railway station and several bus stops are also within walking distance.
The nearby A1 and A4 motorways take you quickly to Cologne city centre, the surrounding area and other major transport hubs. The city centre is about 23 minutes away. Düsseldorf and Bonn are each around 40 minutes away, and you can reach Aachen in less than an hour by car or public transport.
The Rhein-Center shopping mall is just a few minutes’ walk away, with numerous shops, restaurants and everything you need for daily life.
The location is also ideal for leisure and relaxation. There is a gym close by, and a tennis club and several golf courses are about five minutes away by car.
The nearby Gut Clarenhof, Lindenthal Zoo park, Adenauer Weiher lake and Jahnwiese meadow offer plenty of opportunities for walks and recreation. The RheinEnergieSTADION and the German Sport University Cologne are also close: tram line 1 takes you there in about six minutes.
A kiosk, several bakeries, and DHL and post offices are within walking distance – making the apartment an ideal base for a comfortable short stay in Cologne.
