Cookies and fonts

This website does not set any tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded locally from our server; no connection to Google is made.

Booking and payment

Availability and prices are provided via the booking software Lodgify. When you click “Book now”, you are forwarded to Lodgify’s booking form; payment is processed by Stripe. The privacy policies of Lodgify and Stripe apply there. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures and performance of a contract).

Company enquiry form

If you send us a request via the form, we process your details (company, name, contact details, dates, message) to handle the request and prepare an offer. The data is sent to us by email and stored on our server. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer needed for handling the request and no statutory retention obligations apply.

If you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) is only opened after you click the link. WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies to communication via WhatsApp. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Maps

OpenStreetMap map sections are only loaded after you click “Show map”. Your IP address is then transmitted to the OpenStreetMap Foundation.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
